Photo Contest
This Contest is open to everyone. Both Photographers and Pirates.
Prizes
1st Place: A Capt. Jack's Sword and baldric Set.
2nd Place: A Pirate Party pack.
3rd Place: One Small Screaming UN-Dead Monkey.
Rules
1.) Any photos submitted are NOT the property of The Pirate Empire and/or it's owner.
Said Photos are to be loaned to The Pirate Empire and it's owner without any financial compensation or otherwise. In other words I aint gonna pay you if ya send me your photos. By sending them to me you are giving me the go-ahead to post em'!
2.) It is to be assumed that any/all photos submitted have been cleared by all parties included(Models, Photographers, etc.) and The Pirate Empire and/or it's owner are NOT responsible if such is not the case. So make sure you get permission before you send me something! NO photos of children unless you're legally responsible fer the rugrats! I don't want anybody whinnin'!
3.) The Pirate Empire and/or it's owner are NOT responsible if any injuries occur to anyone attempiting to obtain a photo for this theme. This is for entertainment pruposes only.
So I aint putting my head on the block if some fool gets hurt trying to (re)create a "shot" for this contest!

4.) NO NUDITY!!! PERIOD! Or any graphic images that would offend ME! All images will be screened before posting on this website. So don't even try it, bub.
5.) ONLY the person who submitted the Photo(s) will be eligable for one of the three(3) prizes.
That's right, one photo = one prize!
6.) You may enter as many photos as you choose. There are only three judges. Me, myself and I.
7.) Name, email and Phone number must be included by the submitee in your initial email.
Your name will be posted along with your photo. And I need this info in case you win.
8.) I will assume if you have submitted a photo you have read and agree to these rules.
